Past-Life Regression and Shamanic Journeying

On the next day, Sunday, Dana and Shana will discuss the nature of core shamanism and then facilitate a basic shamanic journey for you to find, identify with, and dance a power animal, who will figure later in another shamanic journey.
Next, via a shamanic journey, you will be invited to take your present self into the past life identified on Saturday to gather more information from the past-life self and even offer advice to that self.
Another shamanic journey follows in which you
allow your past-life self to experience your present life at a point where you are now facing a challenge. You may decide to merge with the past-life self or simply have a dialogue with it.
A final shamanic journey involves your taking the power animal you discovered earlier to that past-life to find out what the power animal has to say about that past-life.
After each shamanic journey, we will have some sharing and discussion about our experiences. Just before the end of the workshop, we will spend some time comparing the two modalities and noting what we have learned about combining them.
The workshop concludes with a process to thank our past-life selves and our present selves.
