HypnoDrama:  a Weekend of Improvisation for Spiritual Development

Next HypnoDrama Spiritual Weekend Workshop:

Date To Be Announced

Starting Friday at 5:30 P.M. and Ending Sunday at 4:00 P.M.

  • Do you have an ongoing dilemma that you have not been able to resolve?

  • Wonder why a particular person, especially one who seems quite challenging, continues to be in your life?

  • Find yourself stuck in old patterns of response in your thinking, feelings, and behavior?

  • Ever wonder about the notion of past lives and how they may be affecting you now?

  • Wish you could envision and choose a new direction for your current life?

  • Wish you could have more fun and play, be more spontaneous?

  • Want to learn how to improvise new ways of being you?

  • Want to work in a warm, cohesive group dedicated to helping its members?

If so, this workshop may be for you. In "HypnoDrama Improvisation for Spiritual Development," we examine our beliefs, many from past lives, which shape our current lives. We identify some of the challenges we "chose" for our current life and the obstacles that keep us from surmounting these challenges. We also re-examine what we may view as our "worst enemies" and revision these as souls actually committed to playing essential parts in our reincarnation drama. Finally, we will recommit to or realign our intentions for the current incarnation and open to greater connection with our souls and the Divine--the Arch Improviser that imagines the souls of all of us. We do all this often in a natural setting. Our process for meeting these goals is experiential, explorative, imaginative and unique; techniques include:

  • Improvisational Exercises (to develop group cohesion and intuition, to loosen rigid preconceptions in body and mind, to use play to accomplish serious goals)

  • Ritual Process & Liminal Space

  • 'The Work' of Byron Katie

  • A Focus on the Transformative NOW

  • Interactive Storytelling

  • Movement & Dance

  • Hypnotic Group-Work

  • Improvised Past-Life Dramas

  • Future Progression

  • Group Sharing
